Towing FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is towing rough on my vehicle?
A: No. Towing can actually take pressure off your vehicle that would otherwise be there by having it ride on your own suspension, while the tow truck’s suspension absorbs most of the bumps
Q: If I break down or have an accident during the middle of the night or on a holiday, will you still be able to help me?
A: Yes. Johnson’s Wrecker Service Inc. is open 24/7 to take calls, assist you with your impound or offer roadside assistance.
Q: Can you tow my motorcycle?
A: Yes. We have a special customized trailer built to haul all types of motorcycles quickly and without damage – especially Harley-Davidsons.
Q: Can you help me haul a big, old tractor out of my yard?
A: Yes. Johnson’s Wrecker Service Inc. has the equipment necessary to recover and haul equipment of any size.
Q: How qualified are your operators and why should I trust them?
A: There’s an old saying that the equipment is only as good as the operator. Our operators are involved in continuing education, which includes being certified by the Professional Wrecker Operators of Florida, the Towing and Recovery Association of America and receiving Hazardous Materials Awareness training. Key personnel are Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) certified.
