I was dropping off a passenger so they could retrieve items from wrecked vehicle. The company seem to be efficient and well organized with assisting clients. Wait time was less than 30 minutes.

... so let me start by saying it's not Johnson Wrecker's fault anybody's car got impounded but that said these people were patient, polite, understanding & sincere given the situation and between Randy, Morgan and Shay helping me, because of their patience & willingness to help me get the car started & battery jumped I was able to avoid calling AAA or paying to have my car towed home! So thank you guys and heaven forbid my car gets impounded again I really hope Johnson is who picks it up
